STEP 1

Stabilize

First, our muscles must be stabilized and conditioned to be able to perform the tasks that we ask of them. In the Stabilization Fitness Program we start with the basics -stretching, simple body movements, and endurance.

The workouts progress from full body actions to single out specific muscle groups. This allows our body to grow accustomed to various movements before we add resistance and power as well as to prevent future injuries.

STEP 2

Sculpt

Once your muscles are used to the stabilizing training, we will begin to add resistance, therefore increasing your strength.

This program is more challenging than the stabilization program, but we use the same techniques to keep your body safe while increasing the intensity of the workout.

STEP 3

Build

Finally, we begin to Build. At this point we will have your body stabilized and strong, now it’s time to add some power with plyometric training.

We will connect what you have learned from the previous programs a balanced fitness regimen includes all three; Stability, Sculpting, and Building.

Your Tools for Success

Fitness Evaluation

FREE with personal training membership. First, you will fill out a questionnaire to determine if you are ready for physical activity. Next, I will perform a full-body movement assessment to determine your physical skill level. Lastly, we will discuss your personal goals and assess your needs.

Excercise Plans

Remember that Fitness Evaluation? Here, I will implement your results into a comprehensive fitness plan, tailored to help you reach your predetermined goals. It’s my job to give you all the tools to succeed in your fitness journey!

Nutrition

While I am not a registered dietitian, I do strongly believe you must listen to your body when it comes to what you fuel it with. It is extra important to take care of yourself while embarking on your fitness journey so you should consider finding healthy recipes or snacks that you enjoy!
